As a former Army Transportation Moving Specialist and son of a twenty-six year service Military Veteran, Dano has moved around the world numerous times, which is the impetus for his unique understanding of the transportation and moving process. That experience was instrumental in leading him to  a career path where he has consistently been a top sales executive with some of the industry's major moving companies. He has  successfully moved hundreds of employees and their families across the country and around the world for over twenty years.

Dano founded Star Relocation Systems, Inc. in 2000 with the vision of providing Government and Corporate America with a comprehensive household goods transportation resource that encompasses impartiality and a commitment to providing superior and accountable relocation management services.

He is well recognized in the industry and has received numerous awards and recognition for outstanding supplier service, leadership and sales.  These achievements are a reflection of his motto, "STAR" Service, Trust and Respect.
